The Station at LoSo, developed and owned by Beacon Partners, is a 15-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Charlotte's lower South End, creating an exciting new hub that brings together dynamic businesses and restaurants, local artists and musicians. Our team was in charge of creating compelling, fun and playful branding that would not only draw attention from the local brokerage community, but attract tenants to the development.
