Our studio partnered with Cushman & Wakefield's Chicago Investment Sales Team to develop digital marketing collateral that would attract creative companies and individuals looking for office space. The layout of the book highlights some of the building's playful elements, as well as its location near public transportation options like Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center.
