Located in the premier NoMad market of Manhattan, 24-28 West 25th is comprised of two buildings that have been renovated to form a single entity, with options for offices that span both properties. With two distinct addresses, two separate entrances, and ownership with a history of quality and innovation, our team crafted a brand identity that celebrated the unusual nature of the property. The modular logo system we created allows us to delineate between the buildings and mitigate any potential confusion. The clean, linear brand elements and strikingly bold color palette further tell the story of this unique and thoughtfully redeveloped office space.
