801 Broadway is a crown jewel of Downtown Los Angeles, a redeveloped historical building on par with Chelsea Market in Manhattan or Market Square in San Francisco. Focusing on today’s market, our team created a compelling new brand identity for this iconic cornerstone of Downtown LA. Our infographic style along with our use of creative elements helped propel the narrative of this OM and it’s social media assets. With an eye to the past, our clean and forward-looking icon system and infographic style helped propel the narrative, while creative utlizations of the design elements brought life to the OM as well as social media assets.

The flexible brand identity allowed for usage across a wide variety of mediums, including maps, social assets, and communications to the brokerage community.
